Heat Injector

Safe, simple, and effective heat — engineered for bed bug treatments, make-up air, and industrial processes.

The patented system

Built around how air and heat actually work

A dedicated combustion blower keeps the burn clean while the main airflow stays flexible — less static load, less energy, more control.

01

Savings in energy

Vary the main airflow without changing the burner’s air-to-fuel ratio. Heat only the air you need, and run the air handler with about 30% less energy to move the same volume of air.

02

Flexible design

Modular construction and low static load let the Heat Injector fit new systems or upgrades across many heat-and-airflow processes — with cleaner heated air than typical indirect-fired options.

03

No static load

Clean combustion without loading the main airflow. Inject heat into nearly any airstream and size the unit for the discharge temperature you need.

About the product

Heat Injector System™

Introduced to industrial and commercial HVAC markets in 2010, the patented Heat Injector (US Patents 7,360,534 and 9,459,022) was designed to heat fresh and recirculated air with less electricity and less fossil fuel.

Because airflow can change without upsetting clean combustion, operators get efficiency and control that conventional heaters struggle to match.

Our story

Where it works

Products that meet the job

From professional pest control to rooftop make-up air and custom process heat — one core idea, applied carefully.

Bed bug heating equipment in use

Bed bug heating

Recirculate heated air safely with a dedicated combustion blower, industrial airflow, Automatic HP Boost™, and onboard temperature control.

Direct fired duct heater application

Direct-fired duct heat

Cut static load on the main blower and heat only the volume you need — a cleaner, more efficient path than many indirect systems.

Heated make-up air

Pair the right air handler with a Heat Injector module sized for your discharge temperature — for buildings or systems houses.

Heat Injector system assembly

Southern Breeze™

When exhaust pulls a building negative in cold weather, inject warm air at the intake so incoming air feels like a southern breeze — a low-energy pressure fix.
