About

Problems first. Products that follow.

Supplier Support International, Inc. builds around real constraints — then designs heat and airflow solutions that hold up in the field.

SSI, Inc.

From problem-solving to a patent

David Krupp started Supplier Support International, Inc. in July 2001 to identify problems and design products and processes that solve them. The patented Heat Injector is the clearest expression of that goal.

Introduced to industrial and commercial HVAC markets in 2010, the system (US Patents 7,360,534 and 9,459,022) heats fresh and recirculated air while cutting electrical load on the air mover and reducing fossil fuel use by allowing airflow to vary without upsetting clean combustion.

Teams that adopt the Heat Injector System gain a competitive edge in efficiency and application flexibility.

How we work

Selectors, design, application

Whether the customer is an end user or a systems house, SSI starts with a selector that captures the real requirements. That becomes the basis for equipment design, electrical controls, and application support.

Decades of spray booth and enclosure experience inform how we think about airflow, filtration, and heat as one system — not three separate parts.
